Who is Mohammad Jehad Ahmad? NY teacher slammed for calling Israel 'terrorist state', sharing Hamas paraglider pic
QUEENS, NEW YORK CITY: Mohammad Jehad Ahman, a New York City school teacher, has come under fire after calling Israel a ‘terrorist state’ and sharing a photo of a Hamas paraglider on Facebook along with his support for Palestine.
Jehad Ahman, who teaches maths at Gotham Tech High School in Queens, reportedly changed his Facebook cover photo to an image of a paraglider with a Palestinian flag tied to the parachute and the words "I stand with Palestine" written beneath it, according to Daily Mail.

The image, which was also shared by BLM Chicago, appeared to be a reference to the Hamas militants, who launched a full-fleshed surprise attack on Israel, leaving more than 1,400 citizens dead and another 2,600 gravely injured.
On Saturday, October 14, Justin Sprio, a New York City school social worker, flagged Mohammad’s post on X, saying, “How can Jews feel safe in Mohammad’s classroom?”
In response, Jehad Ahmad, who has deleted his Twitter account, spouted anti-Israel rhetoric, asserting, "Look at this clown and the others in his replies. So-called ‘Israel’ is a settler colony that was invented and only continues to exist through terrorism, dispossession, ethnic cleansing, and ongoing incremental genocide.”

Jehad Ahmad later took a dig at another media report, saying, “So-called Israel was invented in 1948 through coordinated acts of terrorism to depopulate and ethnically cleanse Palestinian land.”
“For over the past 75 years, so-called Israel has continued to exist through continued dispossession, ethnic cleansing, and incremental genocide,” he continued.
The teacher then reflected on Hamas' attacks and labeled reports of militants murdering children and babies as 'unsubstantiated'.
“On Saturday, Palestinians from Gaza completed a successful military campaign against that oppressor. So-called Israel is a white supremacist, settler-colony that only exists through its ongoing dispossession, ethnic cleansing, and incremental genocide of the Palestinian people,” he asserted.
Jehad Ahmad previously called NYC's public schools chancellor David Banks a "white supremacist, imperialist, scumbag” for condemning Hamas' attack against Israel on October 7th.
"Let it be known that Chancellor Banks only cares about the lives of white people. So-called 'Israel' has continually indiscriminately killed civilians, children, the elderly, the press, and medical workers and targeted schools, places of worship, and medical facilities,” he claimed according to The Blaze.
