Wendy's celebrating national holiday by offering customers free two-piece nuggets

INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) — If you’re a fan of chicken tenders, you’re in luck today. Wendy’s will be celebrating National Chicken Tenders Day by giving out free two-piece tenders.

But, not everyone can cash in on this prize. You have to know the secret phrase in order to get your hands on some "nuggs."

On Friday morning, Wendy’s tweeted the phrase you need to know when ordering: “Winner, winner chicken tender.”

Now, this offer will only be available while supplies last, so make sure to stop in sooner rather than later.

Wendy’s has invested a lot of money in the last year to improve their chicken recipe and now uses smaller birds to benefit how the tenders taste.
