TonysTrains order? - Model Railroader Magazine

     I placed a phone order on July 1st with Tonys for two Digitraxx items and they were on backorder. I wanted to check on the status of my order so I sent an E-Mail last week and there was no reply, then this week I called on Monday and I got a message that all operators were busy leave message and phone # and they would get back with me. I waited all day and no reply. Did the same thing on Tuesday with no reply.

     Please do not misunderstand I am not bashing Tonys as I have been spoiled by the service I have received in the past and this is not normal service from them . I am just curious if anyone else is having a problem communicating with them.
