Third GOP debate: Nikki Haley claps back at Vivek Ramaswamy after ‘3-inch heels’ comment, calls them ‘ammunition’
MIAMI, FLORIDA: During the third GOP Debate in Miami, former Governor of South Carolina Nikki Haley clapped back at Vivek Ramaswamy for his distasteful “three-inch heels” comments about her. She stated that she “wears 5-inch heels” and further added that she does so “not as a fashion statement but as ammunition.”
In one of the highlights of the debate, Ramaswamy attacked Haley for turning into a “multi-millionaire” after she “stepped down from her time at the UN bankrupt” and became a “board member of Boeing.”
He then posed a question to the people listening, “Do you want a leader from a different generation or do you want Dick Cheney in three inches heals?” He added, “In this case, we have two of them on stage.”
His attack was primarily meditated at Haley and Ron DeSantis, but it was Haley who stood tall and shot back when she got her turn to speak.
“Do you want a leader from a different generation ... or do you want Dick Cheney in three-inch heels? In which case, we’ve got two of them on stage tonight.”
