And listen, they know you might have slacked off a little bit on your sweat sessions while it was miserable and freezing out all winter—no shame! But if you're ready to kick it back into high gear, look no further. Check out Karena and Katrina's tips for getting your workout and nutrition spring-ready.

Glamour: What's the biggest mistake people make when they're ramping their workouts back up for spring-summer?

Katrina & Karena: The biggest mistake we see is people pushing themselves into more difficult workout routines and not [complementing] their hard work with quality, healthy food, and hydration. Abs are made during your workouts, but revealed with amazing nutrition! It's important to give your body what it needs in order to restore your muscles and recover. The best way to follow through is by having a plan of attack! Meal prep healthy snacks, lunches and dinners for the week so that you don't grab an unhealthy option post-workout.

Glamour: What's your favorite core-toning move for crop-top season?

Karena: My favorite core move is anything that tones all areas of my abs at once. I'm always a fan of anything that gives me the most burn out of one move. The Mermaid is a great one. It tones your obliques and lower abs and is perfect for bikini season!

Katrina: I love the Starfish Crunch. It tones your lower abs and entire core, causing your waistline to tighten and tone up! You really feel everything working in this move.
