The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition (Windows)

CAQC clears all quests and gives 38 achievements for 730gs. The game will crash on you though and won't save.

adv.skill 1,000,000 will give you a level 100 skill for another. Skill list is below.

Alchemy: alchemy
Alteration: alteration
Archery: marksman
Block: block
Conjuration: conjuration
Destruction: destruction
Enchanting: enchanting
Heavy Armor: heavyarmor
Illusion: illusion
Light Armor: lightarmor
Lockpicking: lockpicking
One-Handed: onehanded
Pickpocket: pickpocket
Restoration: restoration
Smithing: smithing
Sneak: sneak
Speech: speechcraft
Two-Handed: twohanded

Do this a few times and you can get all of the leveling ones so that's 5 for 130. You have to reach the point where your hands are unbound to level up though. Using commands to set or advance level didn't work

Beyond that none of the ones related to shouts appears to work but I think if you advance the main quest to the point you can use shouts probably will allows short cuts here. Advancing them through commands didn't work

tmm 1 discovers all map markers but doesn't give the achievements. You can use the following sequence to mark all locations but not have have them discovered so you can discover them saving some time.

tmm 1,0,1

I'll most any more methods I find.

EDIT: the tmm command is inconsistant, some get discovered some don't. Maybe best avoided
