Stupid dress codes | Golf Monthly

I'm all in favour of the new turtle necked golf shirts etc. as worn by Tiger and many others, but dress codes are the perogative of the individual Club Committees, and presumably you all knew about and accepted the dress code when you joined your Club. Equally so, if you visit another Club and pay a green fee, you have to accept their code. I agree with madandra, if you want to change it you have to get elected onto the committee and work from there.
