recommend a refinisher for some Ping Eye2 woods?

Hello all, I'm new, but have been trawling for a while, it's a great site

I have a question - my wonderful Ping Eye2 woods need refinished, paint is flaking, grooves are depleting and they generally look bloody awful.

Can anyone recommend a good finisher around the London area?

Also, I should say, cost is an issue...
