Reactions as lady gives up normal life, starts living in car

A young lady identified as Nate has gone viral for eschewing regular living practices and choosing to live in her Honda Civic car.

In a clip she posted on TikTok, she showed how she goes about her daily routine, saying that at night, she locks and covers up the car windows and makes the interior “comfortable” at bedtime.

During the day, she removes the blockages and uses the vehicle like a regular car. Nate disclosed on her website Mothernateur.com how she started her journey; giving out 80 % of her belongings in March 2020 and fully living in her car at the time. She further explained that she began living in her car to “follow her happiness”, and to become a ‘nomad as well as a rolling stone’.

Her words in part,

“In March 2020, I gave away 80% of my belongings, and moved into my Honda Civic, for my pursuit of happiness to become a nomad, a rolling stone… to become free! Now I’m wandering these streets, in the great outdoors, minding my business, dippin’ and dodgin’ Corona and Karens at the same dam*n time, trying not to get harassed by police or burglars, getting more in touch with myself, while living in my car. SHEESH!”
