Odd numbered clubs | Golf Monthly

I tend to swap, depending on which long club I want to practice, 3 rescue or 5 wood.

If its the 5 wood then its an evens set, 3 resuce = odd set.

I try not to take the driver out when I take the 5 wood so I can practice 5 woods off the tee rather than be tempted to take the driver.

Did that tonight and went par, birdie, double, par to start, then had to come off as got stuck behind fourballs and didnt have the time to complete the 9
