MLB The Show 22 Update 5 Patch Notes (May 1)

Today, San Diego Studios rolled out MLB The Show 22 Update 5, which is only available on PS5, Xbox Series X, and Xbox Series S consoles, fixing a few bugs.

MLB The Show 22 has been out for a while and fans are having fun in the game as they follow the official real-world season of the MLB in North America.

Similar to any other game. MLB The Show 22 had some technical issues at launch, which were fixed over time with multiple updates and hotfixes across all platforms.

Although San Diego Studios is always known for its MLB The Show franchise and it is expected to be continued by the same team in the future years, it’s been rumored for a while that a second team from the studio is working on a brand new IP, which could be in a category other than sports.

MLB The Show 22 is now available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and Nintendo Switch. The game is also available for free for all Xbox Game Pass subscribers.
