Loose weights in my PINGs

I'm having an issue with my PING Karsten irons that were kindly given to me as part of the PING/GM golf day at The Centurion back in April 2014 in that the (CTP) custom tuning port/weight attachments are coming loose.

The weight of the 6-iron fell out during my round on Saturday, which I was able to retrieve; but today the weight in my gap wedge found a watery grave after it flew off the back of the club into a water hazard as I was pitching over the pond in front of our 9th hole. Having examined the other irons, I have noticed there is some definite 'play' in the remaining irons around the CTP where I can slide my fingernail into the joins and with pressure applied I can see slight but definite movement in the weight.

It is making me not want to use them for fear of the weights coming out and me losing any more. Any advice on what to do? Not sure if PING would entertain them now after the better part of three years. I did contemplate prising out the weights to clean and refit with araldite, but it still leaves me without a gap wedge as the weight is languising at the bottom of a pond and beyond retrieval.
