The Eagles made six picks on Saturday and left the 2021 NFL Draft with nine players.

Six of the Eagles' nine picks were defensive players after the Eagles started off with offensive players in the first two rounds.

• 3rd round: Milton Williams, DT, Louisiana Tech (No. 73)
• 4th round: Zech McPhearson, CB, Texas Tech (No. 123)
• 5th round: Kenneth Gainwell, RB, Memphis (No. 150) 
• 6th round: Marlon Tuipulotu, DT, USC (No. 189)
• 6th round: Tarron Jackson, DE, Coastal Carolina (No. 191) 
• 6th round: JaCoby Stevens, LB, LSU (No. 224)
• 7th round: Patrick Johnson, LB, Tuland (No. 234)

*Eagles traded No. 225 and No. 240 to Washington for a 2022 fifth-round pick
