Oh, I can hear some of you now, Brown? Brown eyeliner isn't new! I know, I know, but it's not just that she's wearing brown eyeliner, it's how she's wearing it. You see, it's surrounded by a golden tan color that makes her eyes look like they're surrounded by glowing amber. And therefore it's different way to get a smoldering than the usual black and gray smoky eye. Plus, it's just a tad more unexpected, which is always fun.
