“It’s fun playing the villain”: Jason Momoa Reveals He Still Hasn’t Seen Fast and Furious 11 Script After Reports of Vin Diesel Making Major Changes

Jason Momoa, known for his role as Aquaman, has recently stated that he hasn’t seen the script of Fast and Furious 11 after reports were made regarding the potential major changes in the script by Vin Diesel. Momoa took on the role of the villainous Dante Reyes in the previous installment and currently, he doesn’t even know if he’s in the upcoming movie.

Vin Diesel, the heart and soul of the Fast and Furious universe, has not given any updates about the 11th film of franchise. In any case, in light of his public statements and different other social media hints, we can sort out a few energizing prospects. And although the film is delayed, it is set to release on April 4, 2025.

Jason Momoa Hasn’t Seen the Script of Fast and Furious 11

Although Fast and Furious 11 is set to release in 2025, Jason Momoa claimed that he hasn’t even looked at the script after expected changes were made to it. While the bits of gossip about script changes and creation delays, may influence many, Momoa remains unflinching as his character, Dante Reyes, who has ended up being one of the most loved characters in the entire franchise.

Momoa claimed during an interview with Variety,

“I put out my ideas, and we’ll see where it goes. But that’s probably a ways off. That’ll be fun to do. It’s fun playing the villain. It’s wonderful to play the villain.”

His future in the franchise, on the other hand, is shrouded in mystery. The potentially changed script may threaten Momoa’s return to the franchise. The potential major changes made to the script by Vin Diesel actually might mean curtains for Dante. Beyond Momoa’s fate, the franchise appears to be in between an unexpected reinvention, fueled by rumors, delays, and many other problems.

Jason Momoa still hasn’t seen the script for ‘FAST 11’:

“I put out my ideas, and we’ll see where it goes. But that’s probably a ways off. That’ll be fun to do. It’s fun playing the villain. It’s wonderful to play the villain.”

The introduction of Jason Momoa as Dante Reyes in Fast X gave the Fast and Furious film series a boost of adrenaline. Dante is not our typical villain because he is motivated by vengeance and a twisted sense of justice. His colorful character and flighty nature make him stick out, adding interest and intricacy to the account. Jason Momoa plays the role perfectly, mixing actual skills, shrewdness, and even humor.

No matter what his future with the franchise is, Momoa’s effect is obvious. He’s demonstrated that even in this high-power world, there’s space for dazzling delicacy and the unexpected. But only time will tell if Dante Reyes roars back onto the screen. Yet Momoa’s extraordinary execution of the character has made an enduring imprint on the Fast and Furious universe.

From Street Racers to Global Heisters: The Fast & Furious Journey

Starting in 2001, the Fast and Furious franchise thundered onto the scene with dashing adrenaline and charming teams led by Dom Toretto. The early movies like The Fast and the Furious and 2 Fast 2 Furious showed off tricked-out cars and illegal races to show off the underground car culture. By 2009, the franchise changed gears, bringing Dom and Brian back for a Rio de Janeiro heist.
