Kayanmata has generated mixed feelings among men and women. What is Kayanmata

Kayanmata means “women things” in the Hausa language. It is a generic name for a range of aphrodisiacs which help ladies enjoy sex in their marriages. Kunun Aya or Tiger Nuts Milk is one of the best sexual enhancers for both men and women sexually active. Here is a simple step-by-step guide for making Kunun Aya at home.

Ingredients

• 600g of tiger nuts
• 2 litres of cold water
• One coconut
• 15 dates

Preparation

• Wash the tiger nuts. If you’re using dry ones, soak them overnight and wash them thoroughly.
• Break the coconut and pour the water into a cup. Remove the insides and cut them into small pieces. Then set aside in a bowl.
• Soak the dates for a few minutes in warm water. Remove the seeds and cut the flesh into small pieces.
