How To Get Crystallized Charges

This article is part of a directory: The Legend Of Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom - Complete Guide & WalkthroughTable of contents

You may be wondering how to get Crystallized Charges in TOTK, which is understandable as they are not the most common item to come by. Crystallized Charges are an item from The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. They are able to be purchased using Zonaite from some of the game's vendors, many of which are located at the various mines in the Depths.

You will need to progress through the game to find the right chasm leading into the depths, as well as defeat one of the game's many boss enemies, before you can buy anything. Once all the conditions are met, you will be able to return to The Great Abandoned Central Mine whenever you find yourself in need of Crystallized Charges.

  • Be sure to have plenty of arrows.
  • You can use fusion to increase your weapon damage.

Before you can get any Crystallized Charges, you will need to defeat Master Koga —who appears several times throughout the game. If you have been having lots of fun making all sorts of vehicles using the game's Fusion System, one of the game's many Zonai abilities, this will put you on the receiving end of every enemy you have driven over. This is due to Master Kohga having his very own wheeled construction to run Link over.

To defeat Master Koga, you will need to dodge his vehicle, shoot arrows to knock him off, and then use your best weapon to deal damage while he is on the ground. Later in the fight, his vehicle will become a lot more sturdy. When this happens, you will need to bait him into hitting a wall when he charges at great speed. Once he slams into the wall, this will be your chance to climb up to deal damage.
