Flat Wheel Cafe - Winter '09 - Trains Magazine

Good Cold Thursday morning.  We were at 10 degrees when I woke up an hour ago; now it's 9 degrees, with a wind chill of at least -2.  

Coffee, juices, hot chocolate, hot cider, and hot water for tea are all ready to go.  On the warmer bar this morning:  turkey bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, grits, cream of wheat, oatmeal, toast, biscuits & gravy, bagels, bear claws, hash browns.  

Everyone have a good day, stay as warm as possible, and take care.  

Remember to dress in layers before going outside.  One of the local reporters, took a t-shirt, poured a little bit of water on it, and laid it on the cold parking lot.  It was totally frozen in 10 minutes.
