‘Enough with the record-a-thons’ – Guinness World Records to Nigerians

The Guinness World Records has reacted to the record-breaking attempts by Nigerians.

It all started when a Nigerian chef, Hilda Effiong Bassey, aka Hilda Baci broke the record for the longest non-stop hours spent cooking.

Since then, many Nigerians have made efforts to break or make other records, including those for the longest crying, singing, and massaging hours.

In a recent development a Nigerian lady, Olawunmi Ajoke, revealed her plan to break the records for “idea-a-thon” and “puff-a-thon.”

However, Guinness World Records replied, stating, “Please, enough with the record-a-thons.”
