LOS ANGELES, California (WTHR) - A new documentary about Michael Jackson is causing anger among his fans.
The film "Leaving Neverland" is being shown at the Sundance Film Festival in Utah.
It focuses on two men who claimed the pop star and Indiana native sexually abused them when they were boys at his Neverland Ranch.
"It is not only the story of these two alleged victims but a story about the people around Michael Jackson who either protected him or made sure these types of stories weren't reported or made them go away."
There's increased police presence at the film festival.
Those who have seen the 4-hour documentary call it intense and say there are counselors available at the theatre.
The movie will eventually be shown on HBO.
