Defender of the People achievement in AC Mirage

Is there a need to complete all these factions for 1K, or just any 10 will do?

My game somehow glitched on one of the missions (escort a merchant). I killed everyone in his path and Bazim said "the path is clear now", but the merchant is stuck at a riverbed and does not want to move.
