Character Creator Rolling Out On Bedrock Beta

I'm not listing my top body parts (as voted by myself) I'm listing just a few of the features you'll be able to modify for your Minecraft character in the new, and very exciting, Character Creator, which is rolling out to a Bedrock beta near you.

First things first. Have you tried playing a Minecraft beta before? It's where we test new features of the game! To try these features, you'll need to play Minecraft in a version Minecraft that has beta support (so that's the Windows 10, Xbox One and Android versions). Learn how to sign up to be a part of the Minecraft beta on every version here. You can also find help regarding this specific beta (and an overview of all the added features!) on our feedback page.

Beta features can be unstable. We want players to play with early to get feedback and solve bugs. Make sure you back up your worlds!

Let's now get back to the beta version. The Character Creator is currently being developed for Minecraft Earth, but during the process, we became obsessed with creating our own bizarre hairstyles that this frequently requested feature was added to the Bedrock version of the game. And here we are! Today the Character Creator beta is now available on selected Bedrock platforms (again that's Windows 10, Xbox One, and Android versions). This means you will also be able to have a purple fauxhawk! The feature will also be rolled out to Minecraft Earth, as well as all other Bedrock platforms like iOS and Nintendo Switch, once the beta has ended.
