Assassins Creed III And More Joining Xbox One Backwards Compatibility

Today, Microsoft’s Larry Hyrb revealed some new games that will be joining Xbox Live’s Backwards Compatibility List.

Specifically, one new Xbox 360 game and four new Xbox Live Arcade titles will be available to play on the Xbox One. The most notable title is Assassin’s Creed III, however, you can find the full list below, as well as the price for each title:

  • Assassin’s Creed III ($19.99)

  • ilomilo ($4.99)

  • Matt Hazard: Blood Bath and Beyond ($9.99)

  • Shadow Assault/Tenchu ($9.99)

  • Shinobi ($4.99)

For those that don’t know: Assassin’s Creed III was released on October 30th, 2012, ilomilo on November 3rd, 2010, Matt Hazard: Blood Bath and Beyond on January 6th, 2010, Shadow Assault/Tenchu was released on October 8th, 2008, and Shinobi  on June 10th, 2009.

Assassin’s Creed III is a part of Xbox’s Games With Gold this month, so Xbox Live Gold members should be able to download the title for free when it goes live on June 1st, 2017.
