Angela THORNTON Obituary (2016) - The New Zealand Herald

THORNTON, Angela Margaret (nee Squire). On 2nd August 2016 unexpectedly at Whangarei Hospital, with family and friends at her side; Aged 72 years. Beloved mother and mother in law of Matthew Barrie and Petra Zaleski. Much loved grandma of Natasha, and Annabelle. Loved sister and sister in law of Sir Peter Squire and Carolyn, Auntie to Christopher, Richard, and Edward. Dearly loved and respected friend to many. A service for Angela will be held at St Stephen's Anglican Church, 88 Church Street, Onerahi, Whangarei on Saturday 13 August 2016 at 2.30pm followed by private cremation. Angela will be at St Stephen's from 12.00 noon on Friday 12 August, for vigil prayers and viewings. In lieu of flowers donations sent to either Diabetes NZ Northland Branch PO Box 996 Whangarei or Whangarei SPCA PO Box 564 Whangarei, would be appreciated.
