Amber and Robert O'Neill
Shifting Sands in Virginia Beach, Va. was the scene for the March 13 wedding of Amber Jenkins and Robert O'Neill. Officiant was the Rev. John James.
The bride is the daughter of Don and Mary Tolley of Virginia Beach. Her husband is the son of Jim and Diane Johnson of Butte, and Tom O'Neill of Billings. His grandparents are Georgia Hoar, and Tom and Audree O'Neill, all of Butte.
Honor attendants were Caris Cahoon and the groom's brother, Tom O'Neill. Bridesmaids and groomsmen were Nichole Mischo, Christina Laws, Joe McCaffery and father, Tom O'Neill. Mariah Jenkins was the flower girl, and Garrett Tolley was the ringbearer.
Amber graduated from First Colonial High School in Virginia Beach and is a nursing student. Rob graduated from Butte Central High School in 1994 and attended Montana Tech. He is a Navy Seal stationed in Virginia Beach.
