Aljamain Sterling, Henry Cejudo, and many more react to the stunning first-round TKO by Song Yadong against Marlon Moraes at UFC Vegas 50
In the UFC Fight Night 203, Song Yadong and Marlon Moraes went against each other in a bantamweight contest. The hype behind the fight was massive and Song just proved to the world that he is here to stay. The Chinese registered a win against Morales in the very first round via TKO. The 24-year-old made a statement and earned a lot of new fans and respect tonight. He was 7-1 in the UFC and was looking solid. With the 8th knockout finish of his professional career, Song is on his way be in the top ten fighters in the division.
It was Song Yadong’s third consecutive win in a row which started at UFC 265 against Caset Kenny. With performances like these nobody can stop him to fight the top guys in the future and best them. After that incredible win, Song called out Dominick Cruz for a fight. According to Song, he has a lot of respect for Cruz and would like to fight him next.

The fight started with both the fighters showing great focus and exchanging strikes. But after some time, Song landed a vicious two-punch combo which was enough to knock down Moraes. Henry Cejudo was quite surprised with Yadong’s performance and wrote:

Bantamweight champion also took Twitter to shares his reaction to the fight. Sterling was pretty surprised by the fact that Song called out Cruz in English. Being Chinese, Song’s English is not perfect but he has been trying a lot to learn and have conversations with fans and media. The ‘ Funk Master’ surely noticed it and appreciated the effort.
