49ers or Chiefs? Here's which rival Bengals fans hope win the Super Bowl
For Cincinnati Bengals fans, there's no obvious team to root for this Super Bowl Sunday.
The NFL championship game will feature the Kansas City Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers – both Bengals rivals – squaring off at Allegiant Stadium.
Who Dey nation may feel conflicted on which team to cheer on. The 49ers beat the Bengals twice in their two 1980s Super Bowl meetups. The Chiefs' roster includes a proud University of Cincinnati Bearcat, Travis Kelce, but the AFC rivalry feels more fresh.
The Enquirer Instagram account asked followers this week which team they hope will win Super Bowl 58. Most responders appear to be moving on from past grudges: 76% said they plan to root for the 49ers this Sunday. Less than one-quarter of responders voted in favor of the Chiefs.
